Arrival & departure policy
Check in and check out time is 12 noon early check-in & check out is subject to availability only.

Pick up is free from international airport only (T&C; apply)

Guarantee policy
All booking must be guaranteed at time of reservation by credit card or travel agency.

Cancellation policy
FIT room reservation must be cancelled 10 days prior to the planned arrival.and group reservation must be cancelled 15 days prior to the planned arrival.

One night stay will be levied for cancellation received up to 2 days prior to arrival.

Full stay will be levied for cancellation received within 24 hours prior to arrival.

Child policy
One child under 12 years of age can stay in the parents room without being charged.

for single parents travelling with up to 2 children under the age of 12, single occupancy will be charged. if any of the child is above 12 will be charged double occupancy Book Online.
